Recent Award

Claimant was recently awarded benefits without a hearing based on detailed statements from physicains that were obtained by Busch Law Offices. This case, and it's resolution without a hearing, highlighted the importance of consistent treatment and assistance from treating physicians. We know this is easier said than done, but please do whatever you can to get treatment if you intend on pursuing a disability claim.

The case was approved because the evidence we obtained clearly proved she was unemployable in any occupation. However, there was a good argument she met Listing 1.04 for spinal arachnoiditis, but in our expereince, the judges are hesitant to award a case based on the Listings.
